OUR KOLACHES

Our dough goes through an overnight three-rise process.  The multiple rises and time involved result in a sweet, yeasty, soft yet chewy dough that is just oh-so-good.  Once the dough is the right consistency of fluffy that's when the fun really starts!

We rotate our offerings weekly, some of the favorites are shown below!  We love to play with recipes and ideas to see what magic we can create!
